Vail Racquet Club Wedding – Stephanie & Salvatore’s Boho Woodland Wedding

Stephanie and Salvatore had their Colorado wedding at The Vail Racquet Club, in Vail Colorado on August 26 2017. Everything about their day was *seriously* magical – and when we say magical, we really mean perfection. When starting their search for a venue and design, Stephanie envisioned a “classic boho woodland romance.” Let us just go ahead and tell you, they NAILED this vision – 100%. Spoiler Alert!

Both Stephanie and Salvatore live in Chicago and planned out-of-state the entire time. They wanted to have a destination wedding out in the mountains for their intimate guest list, and to “do something different.” Stephanie and Salvatore decided on Vail as the destination for their wedding, and the rest of the pieces just kind of fell into place! 🙂

As their planners AND designers we had the opportunity to curate a custom comprehensive design for Stephanie’s vision! The lookbook for their wedding highlighted a picture-esque ceremony in the forests of Vail, a candle-lit reception under a clear top tent, guest seating at farm tables, geometric accents, and moss… lots and lots of MOSS! We shared Stephanie’s vision with our amaaazing preferred vendors and viola – her vision became reality. It was GORGEOUS!

Stephanie and Salvatore’s wedding day was bright, sunny and warm. The day itself was overflowing with love and genuine happiness; it was casual and intimate, yet classic and elegant too. It was perfect. Stephanie and Salvatore were BEAMING the entire day. Their ceremony looked like it came FROM their invites and the moss decor was the absolute perfect detail. You could *literally* feel the love all night between the two of them, and all of their guests were having so much fun. After a plated dinner and an overflowing dessert table, the night ended with a packed dance floor and an after party at Blu’s Restaurant!

Following their perfect day, the newlyweds celebrated by taking a mini-moon in Colorado. Stephanie and Salvatore soaked up the sun in Vail for a few days after, and slowly made their way back to Denver.
