We are so happy that you are here! Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but don’t stress—we’ve got you covered! While we have you, we want to let you in on a little known secret. That yes, even if your destination wedding venue is offering a “complimentary coordinator” you more than likely still need us. Let us explain...
We love working hand-in-hand with venues, so that they can do what they do best (provide awesome hospitality) while we do what we do best (execute your wedding vision.) Often when venues have a "complimentary wedding planner" as an incentive for booking their venue, they merely promise a person that will be present only on the wedding day, but not a true destination wedding planner.
Some venues may offer a bit more, but it's crucial to get an itemized list of what they plan to do for you. Will they be setting up all your decor even if your ceremony is offsite? Are they helping you with your first look photos? Will they coordinate and lend a helping hand with all vendors (even assist with the floral install if needed)? Will they cue the DJ and Photographer along with all your loved ones giving speeches? Will they be tearing everything down at the end of the night?
In our experience, probably not. And we don't want you to have to worry about those things!
