Truth be told, we maybe/kind of/probably over-the-top train our team. We know that on the wedding day we will need to be ready to problem solve and take action. Proper training is the way we ensure our team is ready for anything! We are trained in first aid and all our lead planners are even ordained! And yes, we have had to marry some of our SEG couples ourselves.
