The Nest at Ruth Farms offers an exclusive private estate experience for your wedding. They offer spaces for every day-of desire you have on your wedding day. The beauty and timeless design of The Nest at Ruth Farms can be attributed to their owner, who is an award-winning interior designer.

The modern aesthetic at The Nest at Ruth Farms carries over into each of their event spaces. They offer a blank canvas for couples to do as much or as little as they wish to curate the perfect design for their wedding. You will also notice there are thoughtful details in each of the event spaces, more on those special elements below.

The Bridal Suite is located downstairs in The Nest’s Grand Hall. This spacious suite accommodates a wedding party of up to 15.  Large windows offer ample natural lighting which are a great amenity for your hair & make-up team. Your bridal party will enjoy this elegant space as it is the perfect backdrop for your ‘get-ready’ images you will treasure. 

The Groom’s suite is the perfect blend of modern masculine and chill. Located at the back of the chapel, this discreet location allows for a seamless transition for the groomsmen to enter the ceremony space – chapel or outdoor. Capacity for this intimate space is 8 guests.

The Chapel

The Chapel can host an indoor ceremony for up to 250 guests. The Chapel’s design has its own character, yet compliments the clean white aesthetic of The Grand Hall. 

A marble floor entry leads to the ceremony space with natural light from windows filling the room. Candelabras and crystal chandeliers illuminate this space and reflect off the mercury glass mirrored wall of the chapel, setting the most romantic mood. While you exchange vows, guests will be seated in charming custom benches. We appreciate that there are restrooms in the chapel, providing guests with a full-service experience and a last stop for final touches if you need them! 

Outdoor Ceremony Location

If you are looking to embrace nature with your ceremony, the serene outdoor ceremony location is situated next to the scenic pond and woodsy views beyond the shore. This space can accommodate up to 300 guests. The built-in pergola allows you to take the lead and design the ceremony stage of your dreams. The paved path with modern landscape details make this outdoor space ideal for a couple seeking the balance of nature and luxury.  It should also be noted the paved path allows you to walk down the aisle seamlessly, no heels sinking in as you stroll to your ceremony.

After your ceremony, guests will be ushered to the Grand Hall’s covered Back Patio located behind the main hall for the cocktail reception. 

We recommend utilizing the side room for appetizers and photo booths, and adding the 2nd Bar on the back patio to move your guests past the front area and create a nice flow. 

A favorite accent we have to mention: The cocktail hour is typically at sunset which provides guests with a stunning backdrop of Ponder Valley and a gorgeous photo op for your guests and photographers.

Indoor Reception in the Grand Hall at The Nest at Ruth Farms

The Nest at Ruth Farms Grand Hall hosts sophisticated receptions for up to 300 guests for your celebration. The Grand Hall has a modern feel that couples can customize to their desired design whether you are looking for soft & romantic, dark & moody, or bright & light – The Grand Hall transforms and photographs beautifully!  

Large french doors with antique mercury glass flank the entry to the room and add to this sophistication of this grand room. Some notable elements that make this special: marble countertops, with touches of acrylic and nods to French romanticism. 

The 44 foot tall ceiling is accented with magnificent windows that offer plenty of natural light. We find that despite the tall ceilings, the space feels cozy and intimate for any guest count.

What is special about weddings at The Nest at Ruth Farms?

Couples who get married at The Nest at Ruth Farms sign a sliding barn door at the entrance/exit of the venue. This is a sweet memory you can revisit in the future and trademark this special place and day.

They also have the most charming retro “Photo Booth Trailer” that can be parked outside for your cocktail hour. The white & gold colors complement the venue perfectly and send your guests off with a custom photo memory, while you get a digital copy of all the pictures!

The accent decor and spaces are white and neutral so you can do as much or as little as you want. We love designing this space and choosing a bespoke design that fits our clients’ style. We can transform this space into a bold and sophisticated affair, refine it to be simple and romantic, or soften it to be warm and intimate.

There is a side room off the Grand Hall and it is the perfect location for a buffet. It’s not in the main space and keeps the flow of the main room to a reception ambiance.

Our planners recommend that you budget a minimum of $50,000-60,000 for a wedding at The Nest at Ruth Farms. The venue does include all furniture pieces, getting ready suites, access to 4 event spaces, 300 white cross-back chairs, (32) 60″ round tables for your guests. Only 1 event per day is permitted so you’ll have complete access to the entire space during your rental time.
