InterContinental Chicago Wedding | Elizabeth & Jordan

Elizabeth and Jordan’s Chicago wedding was a classically beautiful affair- a church ceremony and a ballroom reception with the grandest of architecture painted a gorgeous backdrop for the start of g their life-long love story!

Elizabeth’s gown was gorgeous- truly a timeless piece. With the cathedral length veil and long lace sleeves, Elizabeth picked accessories that really transformed the dress into an ultra-elegant look. It’s always a treat for us to see how brides personalize their wedding dress and we definitely admit to ah “oooooh, ahhhh, oh my, contented sigh” when we saw her for the first time!

After a traditional Christian ceremony, the bridal party and guests made their way to the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile. We adore this venue! It’s opulent, luxurious and the experience they provide is top-notch.

The couple opted for white and gold with touches of greenery and an anchor of classic navy blue. We especially loved the use of magnolia leaves in the decor- it was exquisite! The mix of high and low centerpieces with bold linen was pefection! The color palette was time-honored and we know they’ll look back in 20 years and still love it as much as they did on the wedding day!

Elizabeth and Jordan hosted a super fun party that included a packed dance floor and late-night hot dog snack (the BEST). It was a blast working with these two and seeing the day unfold exactly as they had hoped. We feel honored to have been a part of it!
