Hotel Arista Wedding | Caitlin + Andrew

Caitlin + Andrew’s Hotel Arista Hotel Arista wedding in Chicago was a DREAM! Their Fall wedding was romantic and elegant- with lots of gorgeous, rich red and blush tones. What really stood out for us about the day, however, is how perfectly matched the couple is and how wonderful they were to work with!

Ashely actually planned the Caitlin’s older sister’s wedding back in March 2017, and she absolutely fell in LOVE with Caitlin’s family! When reflecting on the day, Ashely said “I mean you could not find more kind hearted people (ESPECIALLY MOM – Jackie Kennedy – the name is amazing ha), but I was SO excited when they wanted to work with me again on Caitlin’s wedding.” The couple met in High School at Benet Academy (where they took some pictures at the day-of), and have been dating ever since – even though they went to different colleges that were 7 hours away, they made it work!

These two are just SO kind and fun to be around! Ashley also says “I have never seen 2 people fully enjoy each & every moment of their wedding day. “

The couple was always SO kind and on top of the planning process. On top of being early for all of their due dates (such a plus for wedding vendors), they really took our advice to heart & trusted us with their big day!! ! It was such a pleasure working with them!

On the big day, everything went perfectly!!! The Bride, Groom, and their parents were SO happy & SO thankful. There were a ton of incredibly emotionally moments as well- major kudos to the photographer (who, side note, is SO nice, friendly & talented) for capturing not just Caitlin & Andrew, but the absolute overwhelming joy and emotion for each of their parents! We can’t decide if Caitlin’s Dad’s reaction or Andrew’s parent’s reaction made us cry more.

Things flow so seamlessly- it just was amazing to see how happy the client was on their day! They truly enjoyed each & every moment!

Another shout out to their venue coordinator, Katie. The entire experience with Hotel Arista was AMAZING!!! Katie was SO positive, so nice, and was on top of it all! Her response time was incredible, and she was just so fun to work with! Her staff (especially banquet captain) was great, friendly & fun to work with! We highly recommend this venue!
