Something you will learn about Taylor, our Denver branch manager, is that she’s a sucker for minimalistic ambiance. Of course, she’ll pull off any look you love, but when she’s left to her own devices, she’s likely to whip up something like this. Which, if we do say so ourselves, is, ah-mazing!
Taylor really wanted to achieve what she calls “elevated minimalistic ambiance” – the focus on this stellar styled inspiration shoot at the super awesome blanc was to play up textures and colors while letting the other decor element complete the modern, simple, elegant look.
Because of the simplicity and desired delicate ambiance that Taylor was striving to achieve, she sought out Emily Sacco. Her work is soft, fresh and intentional. Which was truly the perfect fit for the shoot’s vision and overall look.
One of the biggest inspirations for Taylor, aside for the venue itself, was the effortlessly chic ghost chairs. They’re super clean and crisp, plus they pack quite the punch (which is surprising for some because they’re clear). They had this crazy power to transform a tablescape while fading into the background too. They’re definitely a “big impact” item.
Our model’s dress was chosen for its WOW factor. I mean, come on. Do you see that incredible back detail?! Give us ALL the bows! It was so sleek, but so many different body types could rock this look! It was a jaw-dropping statement piece that we adore. The gorgeous updo and bright red lip created a timeless, classic look. Very Audrey Hepburn, if we do say so ourselves!
For the ceremony- it was all about candlelight! We LOVED the addition of the soft, yet structured purple chairs. Paired with fresh florals and some geometric aisle accompaniments, the look was SO dreamy!
The florals were everything (and more)! The soft colors and unique textures REALLY brought together the entire ambiance. and look overflowing greenery and the candles created such a perfect ceremony ambiance — sooo dreamy yet modern
When it comes to the tablescape, the textures of the raw wood table with the turmeric color velvet runners was TO DIE FOR! The taper candles and the salt candles were the perfect accents. And the florals really couldn’t have been more on point with the overall vision – they tied everything together. it was really fun pairing that clean, modern look with some more eclectic elements like the soft bench and the bold rattan chairs.
The flatware was very intentional. And the slate chargers with the sleek china plates on top created the perfect balance of modern, sleek and textures. It was simple elegance.
A side note about the lovely white and navy invitation suite – the paper was HAND MADE paper, and the calligraphy was hand drawn. It was perfectly delicate and effortless, while still being incredibly refined and upscale.
This shoot was simply unforgettable! We hope you swoon over the details as much as we did (and still do)!
