Annie & Chris- Minneapolis Event Center

Annie and Chris are a seriously FUN and lively couple. They’re absolutely effervescent and oh so in love! Working with them was a blast and their wedding day was so beautiful!

Annie and her maids started the day at Blow Dry bar for a little pampering- and oh my goodness, don’t you LOVE their custom Bow & Drape shirts? It was such a cute nod to each of their individual personalities. Oh! And let’s talk about the SWEETEST moment of the morning! Que groom Chris’ gift to Annie for their wedding day. A book of memories from their courtship and subsequent engagement. It wasn’t just sweet- it was completely romantic. It gave us butterflies seeing these pics! Such an AWE moment.

Annie’s dress was a stunning Allure Bridals gown (#9162) from Posh Bridal Couture. She had her alterations done by JenMar Creations (one of our favs!). We loved the princess feel of the dress- – the tulle skirt was heavenly and the intricate rhinestone beaded lace on the bodice was exquisite!

After their Catholic ceremony, Annie and Chris hosted their reception at the Minneapolis Event Center. We love the light and airy quality of their venue. it has a hint of industrial modern decor (especially the ceiling), while still offering a warm atmosphere. The string lights on the ceiling are dreamy too! The high-low combo centerpieces were fabulous- do you see those amazing peonies. Wowza. Totally in love!

The end of the night appearance by the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities mascot, Goldy the Gopher was SO great! Chris was in the marching band and there was a HUGE amount of alumni at the wedding as well. They say once a Gopher…Always a Gopher! 🙂
