Alexa & Joe- Loft on Lake Chicago

If you were to tell us that Alexa and Joe walked straight out of a magazine, we would believe you. These two are absolutely GORGEOUS and hosted a picture perfect event! Since these two are about to celebrate their one-year anniversary, they’re a superb Throw Back Thursday (#tbt) couple to spotlight today!

We’ve had a blast working with our couples in Chicago- this city is sublime and we’ve yet to have a wedding that wasn’t unique. Alexa and Joe have a great vibe to them. They’re both incredibly refined, but still know how to let loose and just enjoy the moment. Their wedding day was a complete reflection of that.

Alexa’s bridesmaid dresses were SO pretty. And we adore the back detail- each maid was able to customize it to her liking! And the men were particularly dapper in bow ties and black tuxes. We can’t even get over how good looking this bridal party it too! Ha!

We loved that the focal color choices were gold and white- it was polished and clean, while still being luxurious. And can we just talk about The Loft on Lake? This venue is AMAZING – we swoon for that ceiling and the brick walls are such a warm touch!
