Perry Park Country Club, Kristin and Adam’s Spring Wedding

Kristin and Adam had their Colorado wedding at Perry Park Country Club on May 27th. The weather was unpredictable (as it often is in Colorado) and it rained the majority of their day. The clouds cleared and the rain stopped RIGHT BEFORE their photos started; the timing on that gave everyone goosebumps. The fresh dew, the mist in the air and the romanic ambiance of Perry Park Country Club made for the absolute perfect, ultra romantic spring wedding.

Together, both Kristin and Adam wanted a wedding that was “whimsical, romantic, classy and elegant.” They deliberately choose vendors that embodied that style, and they hired Simply Elegant for full service design. Their photographer, Jacquelyn Potter, captured their day – and their style – perfectly and everything came together exactly as Kristin envisioned it would. Their decor and design emphasized the soft touch of whimsical (bistro lights, big florals, rose gold) with their romantic style (her dress, cobalt blue, slight touches of coral) and together, the sophisticated and timeless element came together naturally. Overall, their wedding design was effortless and intentional – perfect combination of both romantic and whimsical.

Kristin and Adam had fun enjoying their day, and that is what they wanted! They were surrounded by so many friends and family (many who traveled across country) and celebrated intimate moments, such as reading their own heartfelt vows, and also big fun moments too. Kristin and Adam LOVE dancing and clubbing, they are traveling to Ibiza for their honeymoon to hit some of the best nightclubs in the world! With this, it was imperative that their dance party and DJ specifically was top notch – Adam actually upgraded to a bigger sound system to for “the bass.” When the dance party opened, there wasn’t a seat left in the reception – Adam (and Kristin) didn’t stop dancing the whole night. It was so incredibly fun.

The night ended with a jam-packed dance floor and a playlist that Adam curated exclusively for the DJ himself. Cue the glow sticks, cue the dancing and cue the non-stop fun.

Truly, their whole entire wedding was out of a storybook. It was magical. The whole entire day! From Kristin’s amaaaazing drop-dead-gorgeous gown, to the soft mist in the air the entire day, a string quartet for ceremony, the most heartfelt toasts, and the packed dance floor all night. It was impeccable.

“I still daydream about my wedding,” said Kristin, “it was honestly the best day ever.”
