Stasia & Brian’s wedding was timeless. From the traditional Catholic ceremony to the beautiful navy, gold and white color scheme, the day just oozed with classic elegance.
They hosted their ceremony at one of Chicago’s most historic churches, Old Saint Pats. Following the ceremony, the celebratory gathering moved to the Adler Planetarium. The view at the planetarium is breathtaking. The floor to ceiling windows makes our jaws drop every single time. It’s a truly stunning venue and quite a versatile backdrop for a variety of styles and decor.
Speaking of decor- Revel was AMAZING! The bride knew as soon as she sat down with them that it was a perfect fit. They take a full-service approach to decor (including florals), so it was fun to see their creative vision unfold. Stasia provided them a couple of guidelines but basically said, “go for it!” They outdid themselves! The alternating navy and cream linen was a beautiful touch. The centerpieces and table setting really popped, and the chandeliers were the most incredible sight when the sun set. Gah. We couldn’t get enough.
Oh, and can we just talk about their cake?! It was SO unique and tied to the decor and color choices perfectly. It was a show-stopping piece.
We’d be remiss if we didn’t thank Belen from Gerber + Scarpelli also! She did a beautiful job on the photos and was wonderful to work with too!
Stasia & Brian selected a dream team for their wedding day and we were honored to be included! We wish the newlyweds all the BEST.
